23 new Jupiter satellites

Astronomers have found 23 other satellites rotating around Jupiter. They are between two and eight kilometers in diameter and are the smallest that have been detected. They all present irregular and elliptical orbits, and astronomers believe they were trapped in the youth of the Solar System. The discovery has increased the number of Jupiter satellites from 37 to 60.
