Arctic: slow rhythm


The permafrost of Svalbard, a permanently frozen land, dominates and is covered by 60% glaciers. These massive ice tongues carve valleys and mountains, defining the landscape. The large mammals that inhabit it have also carved their lives to survive in permanent ice.
