Passivhaus: efficient houses

the German concept "Passivhaus" refers to the construction of houses that do not need to consume energy to be comfortable. On average, these buildings can save up to 75% of their energy. Passive houses want to be an example of sustainability and are increasingly being built in the Basque Country. The architecture studio Arkialbura has explained to us the circumstances of this concept.
