Although the Dictionary of the Student comes with the same name at the time and today, changing underwear and exterior, this time adapts to the new times. However, changes in content level, improvements, and complementation have been the ones that have taken up most of the renewal process. The renovation work has been carried out mainly in two areas of work: on the one hand, adjusting the collection or macrostructure of the dictionary units to the needs of the students, and on the other, completing and improving the content or microstructure of the articles.

The vocabulary articles have been refurnished in this publication with 10,700 synonyms and antonyms, 900 grammatical notes and 518 units of dictionary with images or grammatical tables, in addition to the categories, definitions, examples and habitual notes. The work ends with an annex with tables of verbs and declines, with names of the states of the world, names of capital and names of citizens.

Following the demands of the technological era that we currently live, the dictionary has been published in book format and CD-ROM support. In the latter, the user will be able to consult all the information of the book in a very comfortable way. In addition to the simple search option, the user is offered the possibility to perform an advanced search, search for units with images, units with grammatical table or see the annex.
