Classes in Basque at the engineering school in San Sebastian

At the School of Technical Engineers or Experts of Donostia-San Sebastian, although some subjects have been taught in Basque for some years, at the Higher School of Engineers they have not taught anything in Basque. However, from December 3 last year, despite administrative barriers, about 30 students in the fourth year Professor Jose Mari Rodriguez Ibabe gives them the subject of Metallurgy in Basque. This result has been possible thanks to pressure from the Basque students to the direction and work of Mr. Jose Mari Rodriguez.
By the way, it should be noted that the aforementioned professor has excellent works published in the field of metallurgy. His main books are The elastic and plastic behavior of the materials published in Elhuyar and Fracture Mechanics. It should be noted that this last book is not in Spanish.
