Ane Zabaleta: “We have to make changes and assume that the water is finite.”

UN agencies warn: fresh water is an increasingly scarce resource. In many places there is no turning back and it has been pointed out that the world is on the brink of a water failure. The hydrologist of the UPV/EHU, Ane Zabaleta, has given us the keys to understanding water failure and has highlighted the need to take care of water resources responsibly, even if it is not a critical situation in our country.
