The Gamma Ray Observer (GRO) has recently been released and astronomers are expected to expand the news.

GRO will control the most violent episodes in the Universe, such as explosions of stars and black holes that swallow matter. GRO has a weight of 17 tons and will work for two years, even if it lasts longer.

It will have four special detectors. The materials of these detectors, once emitted by a gamma ray, will allow to know the energy and direction of the gamma ray through the light they emit. The first detector detects gamma flashes, the second detects the energy of the novas and supernovas, the third is similar to a camera and maps the sky and the fourth analyzes the most violent objects in the universe, the quasars.
