Trying to clean up the network

The use of the
Internet network in the world is increasing, but at the same time congestion problems are becoming more frequent because the network is drowning. Although it is apparently not possible to predict when these strangulations will occur, Xerox has developed a model for better network management at its research center in Palo Alto, California.
According to the researchers, the network has a problem because the user is not charged depending on the occupation of the network. Therefore the user is not limited in their time of use, and as everyone thinks alike, more and more drownings.
Researchers have relied on the behavior of the average user in their model. It is considered that it does not pay depending on the occupation and that it refuses for a long time waiting. All this contrasts with the network strangulations that have taken simulated computer science and with those that really have the Internet.
