Fatronik technology center recently introduced the fastest robot in the world.

It belongs to the family of robots used to manipulate objects. It consists of four actuators that work together.

The robot has four degrees of freedom: the translation in three directions and the rotation with respect to its vertical axis. Its rotation capacity is ± 200º. Therefore, you can leave the objects in any orientation.

The robot has a great dynamism and is able to catch more than 200 pieces per minute and put them in place. Handling capacity of objects up to 2 kg and different shapes.

It also has a vision system capable of guiding the movements of the robot. This vision system is responsible for locating the shape and orientation of the objects and gives the order to the robot according to the programming received.

It is the fastest robot in the world. It has a large acceleration and braking capacity, 5 times higher than a Formula 1 car. The structure and characteristics of its elements are unique, which makes its speed and acceleration very high. Its production is 20% higher than the existing conventional methods.

Ideal for handling work in various areas. These areas include the agri-food industry, hygiene, beauty, health and electronic components. And with the Quickplacer robot you can put the chocolates one by one in boxes, pack the chocolate and nougat tablets, pack the cookies individually or in group, pack the peppers, baby wipes and lip...
