Professionals working in this field have created a stable technical forum for environmental debate in the CAPV, which has been called Provame. Its technical character allows to establish new ways of addressing issues that arouse a strong social controversy.

The organization of conference cycles and discussion seminars, the creation of an information network between the members of the association and the establishment of contacts with similar external entities are immediate tasks in Provame. In addition, the newly created association will give priority to the examination of the Spanish State's Environmental Law and of which it is immediately established in the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country.
