They find a hormone that eliminates hunger: obstatin. To find this hormone have gone from another one that generates hunger, the ghrelin. Based on the sequence used to synthesize the ghrelin, they have found a similar sequence in the same gene. And that discovery has come to throw away this other hormone, the obstatin, which eliminates hunger.
