In 1985 the first references to heavy neutrino began, but after eight years of life, it dies forever. Scientists have also been glad that it has been lost forever.

In this problem is interesting the work published by the scientist Douglas Morrison, who works at the CERN laboratory in Geneva to study elementary particles.

Neutrins are elementary particles, with no electric loads and almost no mass, and practically never interact with particles in the environment. Neutrinos, therefore, are the basic components of the Universe, so they are studied in depth by physicists.

In 1985 Canadian scientist John Simpson announced to scientists that he found a heavy neutrino. The heavy neutrino looked much larger than the normal mass. Heavy neutrinos were not detected in the first experiments. However, the idea of heavy neutrino prospered because in 1990 other results were obtained.

The issue has been resolved in late 1993, without heavy neutrinos. According to scientist Morrison, the scientific method has finally been won. And the reasons for and against have been scientifically studied by researchers from both groups and have not acted as in the problem of cold fusion. In the case of cold fusion, there are scientists (a hundred) who report positive results, but often do not take into account the experiences of better instrumentation and with negative results.
