They manage to form kidney by cloning
The American private company Advanced Cell Technology (ACT), which last year claimed to have obtained the first cloned human embryo, has stated that by means of cloning technology it has achieved the functional kidneys of cow.

For kidney formation, researchers started from a single cell of the cow's ear skin. The ear cell was fused with a cow's egg that had previously extracted genetic information and, through an electric shock, caused the division of the egg, which allowed it to create an embryo. In this way, stem cells with donation capacity of other tissues were obtained. The following was the chemical treatment of these stem cells and the extraction of adult renal cells.
To form adult renal cells as an organ, they were raised in a biodegradable kidney support by a team from Harvard Medical School. The result was a dwarf kidney two inches in size. The researchers found that they were able to transplant them next to the kidneys of adult cows and that they were fully functional, that is, to produce urine.
The objective of the ACT company is that patients who in the future need some organ do not have to wait for the appropriate organ. In fact, since the cell of origin is the transplant receptor, there is no risk of rejection. However, it does not seem that it can be done in the short term, since the entire organ has not yet been achieved.
