Although search engines have contributed to increasing access to information on the Internet, they have not been able to respond to the enormous development that the Internet has had. Growth has caused search engines to lose effectiveness since 1997 and to index only 16% of the pages that are currently public. That is why they index the pages with more links oriented to them, the most used by people.
