Prehistoric art in Great Britain

Three animals from 12,000 years ago have been found in the caves of the cliffs of Creswell, in Britain. Experts point out that they can be goat, swan and rapacious bird.
It is surprising that in the caves of Great Britain to date few prehistoric and artistic works have been found, especially because at that time Britain was united to the continent. As in the continent there were human groups dedicated to the elaboration of paintings, it is to suppose that they were also in Britain.
The scarce finding of paintings of that time has been accused by some of the authors of the humid climate of the area, considering that the works of art have deteriorated by humidity.
