Recovery technique of old recordings

This new system uses a light sensor to capture images of disc lines. To do this follow the paths of subatomic particles. Subsequently, a computer uses these images to reconstruct the recording and, eliminating background noise, create a disc with digital sound.
In traditional remastering techniques discs must be passed back with a needle, which can damage discs. The new technique is contactless and in addition to not damaging the disks, allows the recovery of damaged disks. If a recording is broken or defective it is not audible, but this new system can take and join parts digitally. They hope to recover the recordings of the first records in history.
