A group of researchers from the Vanderbilt University of the United States announced in Washington their research in the field of hormonal contraception for men. In the trials, eight healthy men took a certain dose of synthetic hormone by injection every day.

These people were also injected for twenty weeks with synthetic hormones such as Gn RH (Gonadrotrofine Liberating Hormone) or male sex hormones.

Twelve weeks after the beginning of treatment, six out of eight men had no sperm in their seed spills. The other two did not respond so well to treatment, perhaps because they weighed more than 100 kg.

After interrupting treatment, from eight to twelve weeks, all the men had recovered the patroness, with a normal number of sperm. No side effects are known.

Because of the success that this technique can have, scientists are currently investigating oral doses.
