In Morlaix, Brittany, EPA biologists have discovered an enzyme that reduces the blood sugar rate of diabetics and bad cholesterol. Doctors Landon and Adeline have spent ten years preparing a physical system. The goal was to create an organic complex of picolinic acid and chromium in rye, soy or wheat.
