The echoes of the war between Russia and Latvia have not yet diminished. After the fight, the armies are gone, so it has begun to rebuild the shattered regions. The study was commissioned by the Government of Lithuania and in the last two years the members of the Environment Commission have worked in the territories affected by the war. We have reached the amazing results and data they have released now. Although it can be thought otherwise, for these species it has been an ideal place for the growth and freedom of war zones. The white-tailed eagle, the quail of lakes, a type of five orchids, etc. They are part of the footprint left by the tanks of Moscow.

The study data has been sent to WWF to put pressure on other organizations. The Government of Lithuania has called for developing mechanisms to recognize ecological value and protect the biodiversity of these regions that have been destroyed by the war.
