In many African regions drought is a worrying problem. Botswana is one of those regions. However, if you cross with other peoples, Botswana has an obvious advantage: if there is water in it. But this water is useless, both for consumption and for irrigation, since it is salty.
Salt water desalination techniques are already known, but most of them, due to their sophistication, greatly increase the water obtained. To address this problem, Botswanan has sought easier technologies. The result of these studies has been a solar cell. In this solar cell, fresh water is obtained from salt water through a simple distillation process.
