It is not much that they reach 100 years as an extraordinary merit. Now, however, taking the whole century is no longer something very special. According to a paper presented by a group of American experts, the number of people who have turned 100 in the United States in the last decade has doubled. Looking ahead, they consider that this trend will remain. The data summarizes the conclusion of the American experts: In 1990 in the United States there were 37,000 people over 100 years of age, which are currently 70,000. It is planned that by the middle of the next century this figure reaches 834,000 people.
In addition to the mere data collection, the team of experts has made a kind of robot portrait that collects a series of features that are repeated. Some of these features are light lights. For example, one of the clearest would be to be a woman, since 4 out of 5 people who reach 100 are women. In this sense, it seems that the fact that children are late also helps to live more, since most are children over 40. As for living habits, the study can also draw clear conclusions, such as tobacco, that of all women who turned 100 years old no one was a smoker. It seems that food is less important, since although some were vegetarians, others had the habit of eating junk food.
