The shape of the metal

To shape metal objects, the best friend is usually the heat. If the metal is melted or softened, it can be easily deformed. However, it is not always possible to heat a metal for this purpose; coins, for example, are usually made by means of a pencil that does not heat. In the use of heat, however, the process varies widely from one metal to another; in general, although there are exceptions, the metals have high melting points. For example, there is no iron that melts at a temperature below 1200 degrees.
