On the way to improving the life insurance of the vineyards

Since the introduction of Phylloxera in Europe, and the destruction of almost all vineyards, the vaccine in the vines is indispensable. Any vine species needs the roots of the American vine to fight the parasite. The question is how the two plants are connected. The omega-vaccine has been used for 30 years and has worked well, but perhaps the use of other types of vaccines could improve the growth in the vineyards. This is being investigated by the Public University of Navarra, the Vitis Navarra seminar and the company Viticultura Viva in a project called VitFoot.
