Hops: the magic touch of beer

The yellow powder, lupulin, contained within the flower of the hops plant, is what makes the difference between beers. In the Basque Country, to be able to brew beer with 100% Basque ingredients, Neiker is researching how hops fit into it to grow the most suitable varieties. they have received the first harvest of the “Lupulus” project and now the brewers will have to try what acidity, aromas and flavors it brings to the beer made here.
