[Nutrition of the future]

Cocoa cream made with green beans, chicha snacks, vegetable capsules... At the Bilbao Higher School of Hospitality, we had the opportunity to learn about the innovative foods they have created in collaboration with Tknika. We have also attended the Centre for Applied Innovation in Vocational Training in the Basque Country. Here, Vocational Training teachers are trained with state-of-the-art technology to provide the best training for students working in the food industry.
