Living with multiple sclerosis

Multiple sclerosis is called a disease of a thousand faces because it affects each person differently; the symptoms, the course of the disease, the prognosis, everything is different. We will recognize one of these faces by the hand of Mikel Lizarralde. He was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis four years ago and his motto has become "Here and Now, Live." We have also reached out to those who are researching the disease, IIS Biocruces Bizkaia and the neurology service of the Hospital de la Cruceta cooperatively face the disease and have told us about the advances and future challenges of recent years.
