Six skeletons near Stonehenge

In Amesbury, England, is the tomb of six people who lived some 4,500 years ago. Archaeologists have found the bones of two children and four adults, along with objects that indicate that they are of that time. The tomb is located very close to the monument of Stonehenge, about four kilometers away, one kilometer from another that a year ago was found.

In the tomb of last year there were bones of a man and, among many things, the oldest gold objects found in Britain. The media called the corpse the king of Stonehenge, since it belonged to the time when the famous monument was built.

The newly found companions also belong to this time, but archaeologists want to make a more accurate dating by radioactive isotopes, since it seems that the burial was opened several times. The corpses may belong to several generations.
