A breast extracted from cancer can be reconstructed with a piece of skin and abdominal fat --hanging DIEP. The new radiological techniques allow to gain agility and security in this intervention. A 64-section OTA (scanner) allows obtaining three-dimensional images of the vascular system. This way you can locate the blood vessels that will be used to rebuild the chest in the stomach and see the surgical option that suits each patient.
