Last February we talked about the particle accelerator that Americans want to build in Texas. The project will be more expensive than expected. The initial cost was $5.9 billion. Today it has reached almost seven trillion dollars and, at the end of the project, it is believed that it can be $12 trillion, like the Canal tunnel.

Although Americans are looking forward to overcoming Europeans in particle physics, they begin to wonder if it is worth paying so much.
