Elhuyar creates an environmental communication decalogue

In the belief that responsible communication is essential in this global environmental emergency, Elhuyar has created a decalogue of environmental communication. The climate of emergency, loss of biodiversity, desertification, pollution and waste of natural resources intersect, feeding each other, other social, economic and health crises. This is a highly complex crisis that requires communication of the same level.

The decalogue contains 14 key ideas for responsible and socially effective environmental communication. It is the result of a collaboration between scientists, social, educational, scientific and informative actors. It wants to be a proposal for reflection, a starting point for a long elaboration on a complex issue that asks us directly. A living decalogue that will be enriched and transformed with contributions.

HERE Elhuyar's environmental communication decalogue is available. From today, for two weeks, an idea will be disseminated every day that can be key to environmental communication.

It's also been created in science. The section on Elhuyar's decalogue and values, which currently includes the decalogue of critical thinking and the decalogue of environmental communication, will be completed over time.
