GAIA creates a quality label for packaged software in the Basque Country

GAIA Telecom Cluster has expressed its intention to implement a quality label to packaged software in the Basque Country. The label, called “Euskalsoft”, was created with the aim of promoting Basque software to foreign markets. The idea will be developed through collaboration between software companies. To obtain the certification the software must undergo severe quality tests and in case of satisfactory results, the creator will have the right to insert the logo.

GAIA will manage the commercial promotion of the label and for this it has been proposed the presentation of the same in foreign fairs and the development of promotional tools.
