The researcher Nearing of the University of Georgetown of Washington and his collaborators have found that, analyzing the electrocardiograms of 16 dogs, some characteristics of the T wave of the cardiac cycle is a good predictor of ventricular fibrillation. With this discovery, techniques can be developed to prevent sudden cardiac arrest.

It must be taken into account that in the United States every year three hundred and fifty thousand people die of a heart attack.

According to these researchers, in the first part of the T wave is the key to bapate death. Thus, clarifying the meaning of this wave, people with risk will be able to be detected and then establish the proper treatment to correct their error.
