Have the inhabitants of the Amazon imposed themselves?

The Yanomani, who live in the Amazon, will supposedly recover in part the property of the lands that once belonged to them. Although this decision has not yet been made, an economic program has been launched for the entire Amazon. In this program some areas of the Amazon will be exploited but others will be protected.
The area of land to be given to the Yanomans is equal to that of Scotland. In the limits of this territory will be installed barriers with a cost of 2 million dollars. However, the mining rights in this territory will pass into the hands of the Government.
After this step, negotiations begin between Brazil, World Bank and the European Economic Association to turn the Amazon rainforest into an economic-ecological zone.
This project will require scientists and economists; while some areas must be protected, others will be exploited economically.
