In the view of Figs
We started 13 years ago with sections dedicated to images in the magazine Elhuyar. Since then, we have collected eleven spectacular images in these sections, not only because they are spectacular, but also because they are a way of doing science, because they help explain and understand science, because they show the scope of technology and make visible the value of the environment, among other things. This image of soy rust was the first, and we have brought here other images published in these years.A spore brought by the wind adheres to the surface of the plant and the story of a new fungus begins. Perforate the surface of the plant and, penetrating into the softer tissues, live there, stealing food from the cells of the plant. He'll be out in about ten days, like a volcano, to breed spores willing to repeat the same story.
