Captivated by wildlife
he wanted to portray "these honey giants in an almost phantasmagoric way", the photographer Greg du Toit, who has been photographing elephants for years. Hidden in a buried merchandise container, he prepared all the parameters to take the desired photo. And at the last moment, unexpectedly, the elephant puppy passed by. He was lucky enough to get what he wanted, and he has now been named best wildlife photographer of the year in the prestigious Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition organized by the Natural History Museum and BBC Worldwide.
