Taking as an excuse the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, we have confronted two women, Txelo Ruiz Vázquez, Vice-Rector for Students and Employability, and Itziar Garate López, professor at the School of Engineering. At the Carlos Santamaria Center of the UPV/EHU we have met to talk about the barriers that women encounter in their scientific career and the measures to be taken.
