New definition of university

The classic definition of a university says that it is an institution that awards degrees, but today and a little while ago, it also does more than that. The generation and delivery of new knowledge to society is a function as important and basic as the format of students in modern universities. Spin off or the creation of new companies, obtaining patents, offering services... the idea behind all these initiatives is the transfer, the transfer of knowledge.
