The smart TV
TDT, HD, 3D... When we go to buy a new TV, we look at these labels to make sure they have all the technologies we want. The new TV series now has one more label: The smart TV. I mean, smart TV. The main feature, the ability to connect to the Internet.
What is the use of connecting TV to the Internet? The goal is not to use it as a normal computer, but to receive video services over the Internet. For this, they have special interfaces and web browsers designed for televisions.

As with all new technologies, it is still very expensive to buy a Smart TV. the 60-finger model costs €1,700. If you don’t want to wait for prices to drop a bit, however, there are also devices that can be used to connect your regular TV to the Internet. It is clear that we are on the threshold of a new era that will bring real interactivity to television.
