The technologies of the kitchen

The products of many large brands of cooking appliances include technological ingredients made in the Basque Country. A collaborative laboratory for the research and development of technologies and cooking products has been set up in the Aldia technology park. ACEDE, Mondragon University, Stirling Centre, technology centres and companies in the sector are working on the project.
