Néstor Garay: 'Technology must adapt to the characteristics of people'

Néstor Garay is a researcher at the Faculty of Informatics of the University of the Basque Country in the research group Adapting Vitoria. He says that regardless of people’s needs, they should be able to use technology. In order to do this, it is necessary to think about the needs of the people in the development phase. However, this is still done after the technology has been developed.
