Natura, professor of engineers

Gustavo Vargas Silva, a Colombian engineer who completed his doctoral thesis at the UPV/EHU, is currently a professor at Angelo State University in Texas. He is an expert in biomimicry and believes that “we can copy the excellence of nature in the search for solutions for the technical needs of human beings”. We had a conversation with him about how millions of years of evolution can inspire us to innovate.
