The gender mark of Vocational Training

In the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country, 14,000 women are pursuing vocational training. But very few choose the technical and industrial areas. In mechanical manufacturing, electricity or plumbing, women are the exception. These include Izaskun Olano, Jenia Urkia and Esther Jauregi. The report addresses the gender brand of vocational training, together with students, teachers and center directors.
