The Corocons for lunch

Have you ever eaten anything corrosive? Have you tried its flavor? Contrary to what we all believe, in a few years, the corrocón can become the typical food of our dishes. In fact, they have launched the research project “Akura” for the cultivation of crocodiles in the nursery, the Aquaculture School of Professional Training Kardala, the Gaiker research centre and the University of the Basque Country. The project is in its beginnings but they have a great challenge on their hands: they want to achieve a standardized process of growth so that they can do it industrially and obtain a healthy and good product.
