Iñigo Antsorregi, from Intimo to the public

The screenwriter Iñigo Antsorregi Dierez had his first contact with mental health at the age of 20. He's had anxiety and depression. Listening to the testimonies of others has helped him a lot to move forward. He talks about the need to make the private public and the stigmas of mental health in the “Knots” section of the ETB program “Biba Zu” and in the EITBpodkast session of the same name. He has also published the book “In My House of Pain”, which tells of his experiences.
