Rivers to the lab

Research is sometimes done in the field and sometimes in the laboratory. Field work for river research is essential, but if it is brought to the laboratory, it can be done in a controlled manner. This is exactly what they wanted to do at the University of the Basque Country with the construction of an “artificial river” facility. We approached her with curiosity about how the rivers are investigated in the laboratory.
