Sweet and technological

Although confectionery has traditionally been an artisanal work, there may be technology behind sweets. Nowadays, there are many confectionery factories that have jumped into the industry and we will visit one of them this week. We will see the technological processes used by the well-known Basque company Casa Eceiza to make sweets in its plant in Lizarza. They combine tradition, craftsmanship and technology in this company.
