Human evolution from a gender perspective

Research and technological advances have shown that a number of assumptions that have been proven to be true, that is, assumptions, have not been evidence-based. Something similar has happened to explain human evolution. The story that has been done for many years has had an androcentric approach and the look of men has prevailed. Several initiatives have been launched to update this story and make it more equal, including the exhibition “Evolution from a gender perspective”. With the help of several UPV/EHU researchers, Teknopolis will expose the bias suffered by women throughout history.
