Recognition to women scientists

Last summer, the name of Maia García Vergniory appeared on the cover of the journal Nature. Together with his team, he has developed a method for the detection of topological materials. These materials have strange properties in terms of conductivity and open up promising possibilities in the field of electronics. A few months ago, the UPV/EHU and DIPC researcher received one of the L’Oreal-UNESCO For Women in Science Awards.
