The reality and importance of female engineers

Ainhoa Lete Núñez is an industrial organization engineer and heads the technology company BuntPlanet. Arrate Alonso Gómez studied telecommunications engineering and works as a researcher and lecturer at Mondragon Unibertsitatea. In both sectors men are the majority and being a woman has made them live strange experiences and significant obstacles. We have been informed of them. And along with that, they have told us about their love for their profession and the importance of women being present in science.
