Towards a sustainable food model

What we put in our mouths can help increase or mitigate the climate emergency. To find out what are the steps to follow towards a sustainable food model, we made an appointment with Marijo Imaz. He is an agricultural engineer and expert in sustainable soil management. Professor for many years at the Public University of Navarre, he currently directs the Production Hourña, a municipal service for agroecological transition.
